Ok, to start off with, the name of our home is "Casa De Alado" which is spanish for house on the side. Considering that the house is a mobile home with one wall cut open and a house built onto the side of it and roofed over, it seemed apropriate.
the left window is the garage. the next window to the right is the master bedroom.
each step out is another room (except for the chimney stepout)

2 years ago, I added the beams on the outside because it looked right. and aquired other decorative items from my family, like the wagon wheel. I found the log chair in the desert and hauled it home.

left: standing at fireplace. Right: inside opening in first pic looking left. Bottom: same place looking at fireplace
the area with the red carpet is house part, the green carpet is the mobile home side.
this was the day we moved in. the red shag carpet left shortly thereafter. It was a shame that I threw it out so soon, as it would have gone nicely in the garage with the pool table.

I work in a precast concrete shop that makes decorative elements and fireplace surrounds. So I added a smoother hearth to the fireplace and some twisty colums on the sides. oh and yes thats an air conditioner in the middle. mounted to a piece of plywood that has printouts of a photo of the same brick that is the rest of the fireplcae glued to it. the heat from the back of the window a/c goes right up the flue. the hanging lamps i got at a yard sale for $5. and the green victorian couch, I found in the desert. the "wood" floor is actually wall paneling, you know, the kind that has realistic woodgrain printed on it. total cost of reflooring was just over $100. the living room is 14 feet by 24 feet.
If you travel down the hallway thats on the left in the center pic of the 3, you come to the back door. if you go out the back door and face the way you had come, this is the back porch. you can see the other side of the sliding glass door from the left picture of the 3. it is 15 feet by 60 feet.
This is inside the garage facing my work shop side. you can just see the air compressor on the far right. beyond that is washing machine and water heater and dryer. the area showing is about 8 feet wide. but the garage is about 20 feet wide. so the washing stuff and etc takes up about 12 feet along the wall.
making a quick 180, we are now facing the game room side. on the left is closet space that isnt shown. my roadsign collection on the right and license plate collection at the back. the room is kind of a mess right now but thats the cost of having a teenage boy.
